Report a concern
Your report goes only to the organization you name. Start with its organization code. You will get a case ID and PIN after you submit.
Your organization's own reporting link works too and opens the same form. It looks like confidepoint.com/report/your-organization.
This is not emergency services. If anyone is in immediate danger, call 911 or local emergency services.
Where to find the code
It is printed on the ConfidePoint poster at your workplace, next to the hotline number. We need it to send your report to the right organization.

The voice agent will ask for the same organization code, then give you a case ID and PIN.
The organization sees the last 4 digits of the number you call from. To hide them, block your caller ID before you call.
